Clifford Jones was born in c1898; his birth was registered at Burwood. In 1918, the marriage of Clifford Jones and Constance Alma Challenger was registered at Ashfield. Clifford Jones, shop assistant, was living at 38 Park Street in 1939 with his wife Constance. The Joneses also lived at 45a Park Street, Erskineville. Clifford Jones, formerly of Erskineville, the son of George and Lucy Jones, of 36A Rosebank Crescent, Hurstville died on 24 September 1966. He was cremated at Woronora cemetery.
