Family background

Conrad Francis Smith was born 19 May 1897 in Liverpool, NSW, son of Conrad F Smith and Catherine Elizabeth. He married Lillian Phyllis Baird (1889-1984) on 4 October 1924 in Sydney and they had a daughter. Conrad Francis Smith died on 11 November 1962 at home in Lindfield, NSW, aged 65 years and he was cremated at Northern Suburbs Crematorium. He lived at 77 Rothschild Avenue, Rosebery (1933).
