Thomas Percival Kingston Arthur lived at 199 Edgecliff Road, Woollahra.

Local government service
Thomas Percival Kingston Arthur was an alderman on Darlington Council for two terms in 1926-28 and from 1932 until 1947, when he resigned. He was deputy mayor in 1940. Arthur was nominated as a candidate for the 1941 Newtown elections
