Family background

Henry John Stubbs was born on 10 May 1901 at Waterloo, NSW, the son of William James Stubbs and Nellie Smith. He married Norah McStean on 10 February 1923 at Sydney, and they had one son. Henry James Stubbs died at Miranda, NSW on 23 August 1968, aged 67 years; he was buried at Woronora Cemetery. Stubbs lived at 16 Jennings Street, Alexandria.
